Young Man Urinates In Washing Machine
What possible motive could one have to urinate in a washing machine in a public laundry room? Was it a random act of vandalism? Or a disgruntled ex-employee looking for revenge against the laundry room that wronged him?
The man who vandalized the Waterbury Laundry and Dry in Vermont simply walked into the laundromat, opened the lid of one of the washing machines, pulled up a chair and stood on it so he can reach the opening, unzipped his pants, peed inside, and closed the lid when he finished. The genius of this act is in the details – the fact that he closed the lid was a nice touch when it comes to good manners.
Another man is seen with the urinating vandal in the security camera footage, but he just stood there, as if he was waiting for his buddy to finish so they could move along. Looking at the footage, the general impression is that the pair walked into the laundromat with the clear intent to do some mischief. They looked around for a while, almost as if they were browsing for the perfect makeshift urinal, before one of them performed his call-of-nature act. Maybe they were looking to steal something, and then, not having found anything they could easily lift, decided to leave a little calling card. The non-urinating guy in the video also appeared to dare the other one to do it.
The footage was released by the authorities and the perps were soon identified. Their names were not disclosed, probably because they are minors.
