Woman Arrested For Dropping Deuce In Kmart
Sometimes when you gotta go, you gotta go. And that seemed to be the case with Melissa Jacobson, a Wisconsin woman who got arrested for leaving a steaming pile of poo at her local Kmart store.
According to police reports, Jacobson, who is 49-years-old, snuck behind one of the cash registers and proceeded to go to the bathroom in a box full of security tags.
It seems that she had already scoped out her location earlier, because she had everything she needed there. She had privacy to go to the bathroom, and there were even some paper towels under the counter that she used to wipe before going on shopping.
No one saw her do the dead, but it was caught by security cameras. Jacobson then went on with her regular business after taking care of her dirty business. She went over to the customer service desk, returned an item that he wanted to return, and then left the store.
She thought that she had gotten away with it, but police were contacted after store security took a look at the footage. Workers then went to the scene of the crime and discovered the foul-smelling box that contained both poo and urine in it.
Police took the information she gave to the store earlier when returning her merchandise and visited her house. She denied the deed, even when police told her that a surveillance video camera had caught her with her pants around her ankles. She is free on a $500 bond and is awaiting trial. Of course, she is prohibited from going to Kmart before the trial starts.
